Getting Things Done in an International Company: Communication Tips & Tricks
This workshop will help participants appreciate the value of understanding the culture and personal thinking style of international colleagues and aims to significantly increase communication effectiveness and reduce the potential for intercultural conflict.
A blend of inputs from work done by Hofstede, Lewis and Grinder is used to create an awareness of ways the mechanisms of communication. Discussions within the group of examples where things went well and not so well help participants to identify dos, don’ts and possible ways to improve communication.
